Honestly, it depends on your face and body structure and the type of hair you have. guys with thin hair tend to look worse with longer lengths. Also, there is of course, the element of personal taste. My husband looks best with shorter kinds of hair. He is fit, but not overly muscular. I hate body hair, so I married an Irishman.

I have people do that for me when I have a headache and it helps. If you are like me, explain that it helps you relax and feel better.

Obviously not a unique one, since I've seen good number of black and hispanic guys either bald or losing their hair. I do tend to think that black men with shaved heads tend to look distiguished, but it may be that the genetic bone structure makes for an attractively shaped head.
I'd assume that someone losing most of his hair might experiment with shaving his head, and see how it comes out. Okay... sometimes yes...sometimes not. If your look looks metal then no you dont look girly...But i have met SOOOO many of my little sisters guy friends (shes 15) that have straitened and hairsprayed their hair, swoop it to the side like they have bangs to flip it out like a girl would. Personally if your gonna be a guy with long hair, then be a GUY with long hair...a bit messy (not dirty) but dont come out looking like you spent more time on your hair than your girlfriends..Im sure your hair is fine. I personally love a bit shorter of a cut but a bit of a mess.

Long hair on men is sexy and cool. I understand the redneck issue, I live in a town full of them and they'll give the guys with long hair a hard time. But, they're the only ones that do. Everyone else either likes it or could care less.

Okay... sometimes yes...sometimes not. If your look looks metal then no you dont look girly...But i have met SOOOO many of my little sisters guy friends (shes 15) that have straitened and hairsprayed their hair, swoop it to the side like they have bangs to flip it out like a girl would. Personally if your gonna be a guy with long hair, then be a GUY with long hair...a bit messy (not dirty) but dont come out looking like you spent more time on your hair than your girlfriends..Im sure your hair is fine. I personally love a bit shorter of a cut but a bit of a mess.

the shoulder length hair is a little long, but thank goodness you keep it clean that is one of my pet peeves so good job on that.

Generally shorter hair looks more masculine but long hair can look just as masculine if the wearer has masculine facial features.

I like the idea of a pocket watch like other people have said, but if that's not for you than you can get very nice locket keyrings that are designed for men. There are the traditional locket style ones designed for pictures or mini time capsule style ones where you unscrew a cap and could put the hair in.

There are so many brands out there you can choose from. Just go to the shampoo section of your local supermarket and look for a product that is specifically formulated for dry hair...that is the key.

What kind of (men's) hair product am I looking for to give it a different style?
So my hair is wavy, and curly. It's not so curly that it scrunches up into little circles but it's curly none the less. I've tried many types of hair gels and it usually just separates the hair and makes it really curly. What I really want to do is make it look like all one wave of hair, or multiple waves of hair.. not large separate curled strands. And it always looks dark and wet. What should I use?

At night take a little activator and rub it on your natural hair, and then spray your head with the curl spray and sleep in a plastic bag. Your hair will look nice once you pick it in the morning. I have a lot of male clients who color their hair, but most don`t stick with it to long because they don`t want to pay or do the upkeep. You will need to touch it up every 4-6 weeks. You can use a semi permanent color and it will fade nicely if you don`t go to crazy with the color. Weaving would be the highest recommendation for you if you are considering color. (high lights)=weaving. Good luck!!

When I come out of the shower, I comb my hair and it looks really good. Sidepart with a nice shape for the main 'wavey' part. But when it gets dry, it just flops.

I got curly hair and I want to straighten it or make it less curly morel like wavy, and I am a guy.
I also am balding norwood 1, So getting perm and using flat iron is a no no.

There is not a WHOLE lot you can do, but that's OK cause long hair on a guy is really hot. (as long as they keep it clean--greasy stringy just doesn't work) If it is REALLY long, maybe you should cut it to about halfway down your back. That is a good length and tie it back.
To be honest, I don't think there are different hairstyles for men with long hair. At least I don't think the looks will look good. The only thing you can do is just leave it the way it is, and tie it. Guys who have long hair, and tie it look great. If you have really long hair, having it loose is not that great. That is the price for guys who have long hair, because it's always about having it long, and not styling it. If you were to cut your hair, then you would be able to experiment with styles. So, you can leave it long, and not do much with it, or cut it and experiment with other styles.
There isn't to many styles for long hair. I do know that Locks of Love is in need of hair for their cancer patients. So cut that pony tail, donate it, then have your hair styled. A new look %26amp; a new you. You would also feel good about yourself by helping another one out. Think about it.

But if u're interested in jobs in advertising, or as a member of creative team (i.e photography, design) then having braids won't hurt a hurt a person's chance at employment .
